For each Guided Tour, a meeting place is precisely mentioned on the voucher and is designated for you. You have to print your voucher in-hand and must present that to your Vox City guide for a smooth hassle-free experience.
We advise you to bring your headphones on a guided tour too because after enjoying the guided tour with our expert guide you can also take the audio tour, which must be downloaded beforehand, and is included in the guided tour.
If the tour is postponed for whatever reason—for example, the guide failed to show up—we will accommodate the customer in the very next opening or issue a full refund.
We do offer walking tours in multiple languages and you can book your tour on our official Vox City website in your desired language.
Depending on the product and how many tour elements you purchased, our walking tours can be more or less than their regular two-hour duration.
By contacting Vox City, you can reschedule your walking tour using the same voucher, and a customer service representative will inform you about the upcoming slot's availability.
No, it is not necessary to wear a mask on any Guided Tour.

Up to 24 hours prior to the departure date, guided tour reservations can be modified or canceled without extra charges. Reservations cannot be changed or refunded after 24 hours.

You will receive your walking tour voucher via your registered email as soon as you booked the tour, but if somehow a customer did not receive the voucher then he or she can reach out to us via email at customer@voxcity.com and we will provide the voucher.
Although we encourage all our customers to reach on time, if someone is running late to the meeting point mentioned on their voucher then he or she can simply contact us on the email info@voxcity.com and we will provide the customer with the tour operator details.
