Frequently Asked Questions

You can download the app using the link of ticket. Please delete the app if you have downloaded it previously and then you can just click the magic link if you are using a smartphone to download the app and it will automatically fetch the map details that you can download the enjoy your tour. In case if the ticket is not working then contact the customer support and they will create a new ticket and share it with you. 


If your guided walking tour is unable to operate, your ticket will remain valid for 12 months - Self-guided tours have no fear of being cancelled!

Simply scan the QR code on your voucher and follow the instructions to download the VoxCity app and the city map in your preferred language. If you encounter any problems shoot us an email at customer@voxcity.com. Remember that you can download the city map prior to your arrival.


While it is possible that the tour has already departed, we have another tour scheduled. You are welcome to join this tour if it suits your schedule.


If you have booked a guided tour, you can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge, up to 24 hours in advance of the day you travel. Bookings are non-amendable and non-refundable within 24 hours - If you have booked a self-guided tour, your booking is non-refundable and non-amendable - Your booking confirmation and/or voucher will also state the specific cancellation and/or refund policy for the product you have purchased


A guided tour reservation can be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. Within 24 hours, reservations are non-modifiable and non-refundable. If you have reserved a self-guided tour, your reservation is non-modifiable and non-refundable.
