After booking, please read your voucher carefully, and download the audio guide to your mobile device before travelling.✅ After booking, you will receive a voucher from the tour operator: VoxCity. Bring your VoxCity voucher to the Table Rock Welcome Centre and exchange it for the Niagara Pass. ✅ Once you have collected the Niagara Pass from the Table Rock Welcome Centre, you will be able to access all 5 attractions, WEGO bus transfers, and the Incline Railway. ✅ Please note that waiting times for each attraction will vary and queues up to 1-hour long should be anticipated during peak-season. ✅ ✅ The Butterfly Conservatory is included until 1st July 2025. From 2nd July 2025, it will be REPLACED with the brand-new Flying Theatre attraction. ✅ Some attractions are weather dependent. Please bear this in mind when booking this pass and planning your trip. Simply scan the QR code on your voucher and follow the instructions to download the Vox City app and the city map in your preferred language.
